Bringing Back Family Dinners
Our schedules are often hectic, chaotic, and way too stressful. Couples typically have to juggle their own work schedules with the schedules of their children, who often have after-school activities plus evening activities such as sports, music and more. As parents, we work diligently to fit it all in each day, but in doing so we often unknowingly fail to do one simple thing that will help our children tremendously, with their self-esteem, morality, sense of belonging, and yes, even academics. That one simple thing is eating family dinners together!
